According to Ahwazi Centre for Human Rights source in Al-Ahwaz, the Iranian occupation authorities will begin construction of a new dam under the name of Nargisi, which is located in the area of \u200b\u200bKazerun in Fars Province on the river Hilla in Iran, with the aim of depriving water from millions of Ahwazis homeland in southeast of Ahwaz. This is another Iranian policy that aimed to expel Ahwazi Arabs from their lands.
\nAhwazi environmental experts revealed that this type of projects is not intended to provide drinking water as claimed by the Iranian officials, but to irrigate the agricultural land of Persian cities which is estimated at about 11 thousand and 700 hectares.
\nAhwazi environmental experts added that the Iranian regime\u2019s authorities are pursuing this policy to pressure the Ahwazis to aim to expel Ahwazi Arabs from their lands. Iranian regime could\u2019ve build Nargisi dam in Khormoj city in Bushehr Province to benefit Ahwazi people but the construction of dams in the North-West of Ahwaz transfers the water towards Persia cities.
\nIt is worth mentioning that the area that Iranian regime is considering building the dam, was the Centre to resist the Iranian occupation in those areas, Khormoj and Hilla river for decades. Sheikh Jaber Al-Damokhi \u201cfather of Khazaal\u201d facing the Iranian occupation for six years and his son-in-law, who was killed in the first year with Sir Khadr. Sheikh Jaber and his son Khazaal were trapped in Iranian government headquarters in Khormoj and the river Hilla. Iran had help from their allies and therefore the descendants of the Sheikh reputation is in Khormoj and Bushehr.
\nIn a recent report in ACHR\u2019s website has been mentioned that Ali Amouri in a conversation with an Iranian pro media in Ahwaz, referring to the drought and a severe shortage of water in the Ghizaniyah section, said: \u201c40 villages in Ghizaniyah are facing serious lack of water in supplying drinking water and water reservoirs are empty.
\nThe water and climate situation are Raise Red Flags<\/strong> as Iran careless to solve any problem in Ahwaz. Ahwaz region have been suffered and suffering from water deprivation and successive Iranian regime for years.
\nDespite all;<\/p>\n

Human Rights abuses such as<\/strong>; where Ahwazis were given a list of names and had limits to which names to choose for their new born children. Up to nowadays in Al-Ahwaz you only have certain name to pick from and you are not allowed to pick a name you want without approve of the Iranian Government. This is completely against human rights by not allowing them to pick a name for their children,
\nAlso, lake of equal employment opportunity, decent education, Healthcare housing even clean water as well as the denial of access to social, political and economy right, this is simply because of the Iranian discriminatory policy directed against Ahwazi Arabs who continue to demand their basic right, but they were faced with brutal oppression.
\nhuman rights abuses do not stop there, so called \u201ccourts\u201d in Ahwaz is rigged trials, secret and the imminent execution of political, environmental and Human Rights activists in Ahwaz, the provincial capital of Khuzestan in South-Western Iran with an estimated ten to twelve million Ahwazi Arabs.<\/p>\n

Racism<\/strong>
\nIranian regime\u2019s executing series of Ahwazi Arabs in which it got to a point where they executed pregnant woman. There are thousands of Ahwazi Arab has been executed by the Iranian racist regime to keep Ahwazi Arabs under control.<\/p>\n

Struggle Identity<\/strong>
\nFrom experience, I can tell you that every Ahwazi Arab struggle with their education as we do NOT have Arabic schools in Al-Ahwaz, so Al-Ahwazi Arab students have to learn Farsi first and then try to keep up with Persian students which that reduce their chance of getting a job. Been Forced to learn Farsi made me to forget my mother language (Arabic) which I am very ashamed of myself.
\nUnfortunately, Ahwazi people do not have Arabic Media nor Arabic newspaper. As we all know the importance of Newspaper which provide us with information from around the globe, Arabic newspaper could have big role in Ahwazis life and can help to control corruption and scams in Al-Ahwaz.
\nHaving Persian Media and Newspaper which is being controlled by Iranian Racist regime is completely useless as the can ignore whatever they want.
\nAhwazi Arabs always struggled and are struggling when it comes to wearing their traditional clothing. Solely for wearing their traditional clothes Ahwazi Arab people being forcibly stripped by Iran\u2019s occupying security forces.<\/p>\n

Various Natural Resources<\/strong>
\nFor almost a century Iranian government has been robbing Al-Ahwaz\u2019s
\nLands
\nagricultural lands
\nNatural resources such as oil,
\nGas
\nWater
\nAnd transporting it to internal and external to sell.
\nOver 90% of oil and gas wealth in Ahwaz region claimed by Iran located in the region, while poverty spreads among Ahwazi people. We are victims of institutionalised wider spirit destitution and deprivation such as for example;
\nHealthCare
\nDecent Education.
\nLake of equal employment opportunity.
\nClean water
\nAnd even clean air<\/p>\n

Pollution<\/strong>
\nThe government mismanagement and poorly planned dam building has caused wetlands and rivers to dry up, increasing the level of dust particles in the air to record highs.
\nMeanwhile there have been more than dozens of buffaloes wounded suspiciously and more than dozens died in the region of Susa (Shush city).
\nAccording to ACHR\u2019s environmental activists in Susa, the reason for dead buffaloes is the shortage of water and poisonous industrial wastewater from Pars Paper Company coming into the Susa environment in several cities including Abo Solieil, Abo Hamdan and Shahid Beheshti district.
\nWorth noting that the World Health Organization(WHO) has announced Ahwaz as the most polluted city in the world for several years since 2011.
\nWe (the Ahwazi people) have been under Iranian occupation and racist regime for almost a century. Ahwaz is being under reported despite the seriousness of the issues in Ahwaz and systematic discrimination against Ahwazis by the Mullah regime. They should be held accountable by the judicial system.
\nWe demand international community to act now on crimes against Ahwazi Arabs and other non-Persian nations such as Kurds, Turks and Baloch and Turkmen.<\/p>\n
