British Couple, the Latest Victims of Iran’s Hostage-Taking Policy, Accused of Espionage

Tuesday, February 18, 2025 – Craig and Lindsay Foreman, a British couple who were arrested last month in Kerman by mercenaries of Iran’s terrorist IRGC intelligence forces, have been accused of espionage.

According to The Telegraph, citing an Iranian government source, the two British tourists were detained solely because of their nationality, as part of Iran’s strategy to use foreign nationals as bargaining chips to extract concessions from the UK.

As per its usual hostage-taking practices, the Iranian occupying regime claims that the couple was collecting information in multiple cities under the pretext of scientific research and has accused them of collaborating with Western intelligence agencies.
