Condemnation Statement by the Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front (ADPF)Regarding the Iranian Regime’s Ongoing Uranium Enrichment for Military Purposes

The Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front (ADPF) strongly condemns the Iranian occupation’s continued escalation of its nuclear program and its enrichment of uranium to levels approaching military-grade use, in blatant defiance of international law and the demands of the global community.

The latest report issued by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), recently revealed to the public, clearly shows that the Iranian occupation has stockpiled over 408 kilograms of uranium enriched up to 60% — a level just steps away from the 90% enrichment required to produce a nuclear weapon. This escalation comes as the regime deliberately ignores the IAEA’s calls for cooperation and transparency, continues to obstruct inspections, and has even cleansed sites where traces of uranium were previously detected.

We in the Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front view this aggressive behavior by the Iranian occupation not only as a direct threat to the peoples of the region and the world, but also as a tool of political blackmail used to expand the Persian expansionist project at the expense of the security and stability of neighboring nations — foremost among them, the Ahwazi people, who suffer daily under the brutality of this occupation.

ADPF calling on the international community — particularly the United Nations and the International Atomic Energy Agency — to take immediate and firm action to halt this dangerous program, to prevent the Iranian occupation from acquiring any military nuclear capabilities, and to hold it accountable for its repeated violations and ongoing threats to international peace and security.
