The Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front strongly condemns the Iranian enemy’s use of occupied Ahwazi territory—particularly densely populated areas—as platforms for launching missiles, establishing military bases, and deploying air defense systems amid its regional conflicts, especially its war with Israel and the international coalition. The latest instances of this reckless behavior have occurred near Ahwaz Capital, Ma’shour, Khor Mousa, Al-Mohammarah, Al-Malashiyah, and Kut Abdollah.
This act reflects the Iranian regime’s blatant disregard for the lives of Ahwazi civilians, using them as human shields in its military adventures, which serve only its expansionist ambitions. It also constitutes a clear violation of international laws and norms that prohibit putting civilian populations at risk.
The Front warns of the disastrous consequences of such actions and urgently calls on the international community and human rights organizations to condemn these violations and stand with the Ahwazi people in their legitimate struggle against Iranian occupation.
