The Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front Announces Full Support for Any International Alliance Aimed at Toppling the Iranian Regime, Eradicating Terrorism and Militias, Restoring Security, Stability, and Prosperity, and Ensuring the Right of Oppressed Peoples to Live in Dignity, Freedom, and Self-Determination
In light of the escalating regional tensions and the intensifying conflict between Iran and Israel, the Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front reaffirms its steadfast position in support of any international efforts aimed at ending the Iranian regime’s expansionist and aggressive policies—policies that have destabilized the region, spread terrorism, and threatened both regional and global peace and security.
In this context, the Front emphasizes that the Ahwazi people stand firmly with the forces of freedom and stability in the region, supporting all initiatives aimed at dismantling the Iranian occupation regime that has turned occupied Ahwaz into a military garrison, looted its resources, devastated its environment, starved its population, and systematically attempted to erase its national and cultural identity.
The Front holds the Iranian occupying authorities fully responsible for the ongoing war, as well as for the crimes and violations committed against innocent civilians—particularly in occupied Ahwaz. The Iranian regime has resorted to militarizing villages, farms, orchards, and residential areas by placing air defense systems and military bases in the heart of cities, and using civilians as human shields—acts that constitute war crimes and blatant violations of international humanitarian law.
Furthermore, the Front asserts that these criminal practices—including the launching of missiles from residential areas—expose the true face of the Iranian terrorist regime, which has no qualms about sacrificing the lives of Ahwazis and other non-Persian peoples in order to protect its military and political interests and its destabilizing nuclear ambitions.
The Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front calls upon the heroic Ahwazi people to escalate their legitimate struggle by all means necessary, and to seize this pivotal moment in the history of the Ahwazi cause to achieve liberation, restore sovereignty, and secure full national independence.
